Reading the Word Together
A church-wide Bible reading plan. Four short readings a day, about 15 to 20 minutes, read together by the whole church family.
Four readings each day
Each day has one reading from each of four parts of the Bible, so you are always in Paul, the rest of the New Testament, the Old Testament, and the Psalms or Proverbs at the same time.
Paul
Romans through Philemon, one chapter a day. The letters written to the Body of Christ, read four times a year.
Kingdom
The Gospels, Acts, and Hebrews through Revelation, with Daniel read just before Revelation.
Old Testament
Genesis through Malachi, one chapter a day, beginning with Genesis 1 on January 1.
Wisdom and Praise
Psalms, Proverbs, and Ecclesiastes, read through twice a year.
Read on our website, together
- Each day, open the day's readings in the King James Bible right here on our site.
- Tick off each reading as you finish, and see your progress over the year.
- Talk it over with the church family reading along, with a question from Pastor Brandon each week.
- Fall behind? Catch-up days are built in. Just pick it back up.

“These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”Acts 17:11, KJV
